Apart from being part of, and leading a team in the BPO setting, leading a team in an online setting is also part of my list. I have also been part of, and led a VA team consisting mainly of transcriptionists and coders, lead generators, data miners to name a few.
The team that we built in the BPO industry was not only limited to tech T/S but also assisted clients with their finances. My experiences in the BPO industry stretches from being a tech to being a financial adviser.
