My name is Loi Cesar Gundaya, a freelance Spanish-Bilingual Virtual Assistant with an intoxicating passion for providing services in customer service, sales, appointment setting/cold calling, video editing, graphic design, and social media management. For the past eight years, I have worked as a Spanish Bilingual in the call center industry, handling sales, customer service, back-office, and order-processing
accounts. For the past four years, I have been a freelance Spanish-Bilingual Virtual Assistant in the automotive, real estate, and healthcare industries. I have performed the following roles: Call Management, Appointment Scheduling and Follow-up, Patient Record and Insurance Management. Recalls and Follow-ups, Refill requests, and Translation and Interpretation.

I have helped Spanish-speaking patients or customers with appointment scheduling, patient records, insurance management, recalls and follow-ups, and refill requests. I have interpreted for them during their clinic visits and translated their emails, text messages, and templates from Spanish to English.

When speaking with customers or patients, I actively listen to their concerns to avoid callbacks for the same reasons and resolve their issues promptly. I often put myself in the customers' shoes, empathize to pacify aggravated customers or patients, and show a can-do attitude by assuring them a first-call resolution. I take communications with customers or patients seriously and ensure their concerns are addressed properly. I collaborate with other tea ---------- mbers to ensure proper coordination and maintain smooth communication across teams. I perform my tasks with integrity and deliver results with quality and accuracy.
