I have spent 3 years as a Customer Service Representative in a Telco account and 1.5 years as Sales Associate for a Travel account during my years in the BPO industry. Then, I ventured in the Real Estate world as a VA. I have been a Real Estate Cold Caller for 2.5 years and counting, calling on different states such as NE, IA, GA, and CA. And I am seeking to utilize all the skills and trainings I have attained but I do not limit myself to just stick on those skills that, I could say, I have mastered. I am always looking to widen my knowledge and open to new learnings. I am very trainable.

My first job was being a Customer service representative for a Telco account. It was purely inbound calls to cater customers concern or issue about their phone service such as activation, reactivation, deactivation, etc. I was also trained to do some basic troubleshooting in case of any issues and be able to call the service providers such AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon and Sprint as a last resort to solve any technical issues.
