Accounting & Bookkeeping | Receivable Management

I have been handling all Accounts Receivable transactions in my current role. I am performing all day to day AR related transactions such as verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables’ data. I also do monthly reconciliation of accounts receivable to ensure that all payments are accounted for properly. I work with other departments to ensure that the correct amounts are collected in a timely manner, verify and record transactions and resolve account discrepancies.

I did bank reconciliation of not less than 15 bank accounts on a monthly basis. In this role, I have been able to improve the following skills: 1. Proficiency in analyzing account ledgers and bank statements to ensure accuracy. 2. Time management and the ability to multi task. 3. Capability to clearly communicate with accounting teams and other processers to resolve discrepancies.

-Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping processes. -Perform daily accounting tasks such as recording payments, general ledger entries and adjustments, reconcile financial transactions and financial reporting.
