Profile Description

I'm an accomplished senior operations manager with expertise in leading and overseeing 1500 HC on prior projects,  possess the capacity to maintain the client's goal with a minimum amount of risk and attrition.  Acquires project management experience as well as expertise to pilot projects. I'm also very good at obtaining and interpreting factual data, which helps the projects I've worked on succeeding. I've also worked as a customer experience lead, evaluating customer pain points and streamlining processes to improve customer experience. I also had experience writing material and making presentations.
