I've been working with the BPO industry for almost 6 years. 1 year and 6 months as a technical support representative, almost a year as a virtual professional, and 3 years as a sales representative for a United States health insurance, life insurance, and travel agency For my sales experience, I have tried being a cold caller, prequalifier, lead generalist, appointment setter, and real estate virtual assistant. For cold calling, we call customers to qualify and sell life insurance or final expense insurance. We also handle debt settlement. For lead generation and appointment setting, we find leads or customers who love to travel and give them a call to set up an appointment for them to watch a Zoom webinar presentation for a travel savings club. But the customer attending the webinar is not our end game; apart from that, we will make sure that they finish the webinar and possibly buy a travel package. Lastly, as a real estate virtual assistant, I set appointments, arrange schedules,
