I have been doing cold calling and virtual assistance for the past 2 years and I specialized in customer  service in helping clients to grow their businesses. On average, I've been able to show an effective work  in catering customers and helping my clients reach their goals and that's what I'm passionate about. In  fact, I have listed and will elaborate those experiences for context.  For over two years, I simultaneously worked in a BPO industry with different campaigns. My first  experience was as an Outbound Specialist. My job is to look for prospect  customers who would like their vehicles to be quoted. After that, I landed at a Cafe as a Front Desk; I accepted orders, handled  payments, did inventory, etc. In addition, I insisted on managing their Facebook page for free just to  enhance my skills and gain more knowledge in social media management. I monitored and moderated  the account, responding to inquiries and reservations. It also includes Canva editing, video editing, and  basic photoshop skills for social media posting.  I also worked as a virtual assistant based in Florida. It was a  servicing agent company for car insurance: Florida Regional Insurance. We address concerns via phone calls and emails. It's  mainly customer service and we're to assist and address call concerns from clients regarding their  coverage, billings, and documents. We answer emails, fax and forward it to our local agents, and check  client's accounts on each of the insurances they have for auto or home. Few months, I dUpgrade to see actual info to be a freelancer. My first job that I handled was an Amazon Admin Assistant. I’m part of the regulatory  compliance team for amazon wherein I monitor different amazon marketplace and make sure that the  marketplace is compliant to the rules and regulations for online stores. My tasks include setting up an  AWS catalog offering, AWS virtual private clouds, cloudformation, etc.
