I've been working in a customer service industry for more than 11 years. My focus is to provide the best customer service. I highly value my customers' feedback. I have demonstrated the ability to effectively handle situations or inquiries while working within policy, procedures and standard processes. You will find me to be detail oriented and able to analyze, prioritize and resolve client requests or issues quickly and effectively. I possess very good communication skills both oral and written.I had experience working as a VA to an accountant from Australia and a realtor from the US. Both experiences provided me the opportunity to showcase my talent as a remote Upgrade to see actual infot only that, I also did some research tasks.I am as well familiar with CRM ans data entry. Taking in calls and doing a callback is something that I do for years now. I am very much available to work . I can also work during Saturday.
