Profile Description

I've been working in sales for almost 7 years. I am an INSURANCE AGENT, I offer life insurance plans to bank clients. I generate leads from the bank and convert them into sales. I've been recognized a lot for exceeding my monthly targets. I also have a background working as an APPOINTMENT SETTER for almost a year, I was handling 5 plastic surgery or med spa clinics. We call patients and convince them to set an appointment with us. I worked as a TECHNICAL SUPPORT as well in a Telco Company (Time Warner Cable), we assist their customers with the internet issues and try to fix them over the phone. And lastly, I worked as a CUSTOMER SUPPORT with Expedia. We receive inbound calls from customers who needs assistance in booking, changing or cancelling their hotel/flight/car reservations.
