I've handled inbound customer service support and sales account in The Results Companies for 1 and a half years , We take phone calls from our customer and answer their inquires and sell our service at the same time , we do upsell as well and i also handle outbound sales account for another 1 and a half years , we do telemarketing calls and convince our potential customer to subscribe to our service . and I also handled Telco Sales account for 2 years with Telus company . We take inbound calls answer customer inquires , sell a Telephone , internet and TV services . we set appointment for our technician to install the services that we sell to our customer.
