For the past 2 years, I’ve been part of the Stallion Express team—a pharmaceutical courier service based in the US. In this role, I’ve had the privilege of managing logistics operations across 3 to 5 states. Here’s what I’ve been up to:
Assigning Routes: I’ve efficiently allocated delivery routes, ensuring that our packages reach their destinations promptly.
Proactive Monitoring: I’ve kept a close eye on release schedules, making adjustments as needed to optimize efficiency.
Handling Urgent Orders: When pharmacies needed urgent deliveries, I stepped up to coordinate and execute the necessary information that needs to fill out.
Communication: We maintain effective communication with drivers, customers and providing updates and addressing concerns.
Documentation: Where we keep accurate records of shipments, routes and communication for each shipment.
In addition to my logistics experience, I also bring valuable expertise gained as a Technical Support Representative at Teleperformance. In this role, I provided technical assistance to customers concerning internet, TV, and phone services. Some key accomplishments include diagnosing and resolving connectivity issues, consistently ensuring customer satisfaction through proficient troubleshooting.
