Hello, I'm Wyn, based in the Philippines! In Q1 of 2024, I made the decision to leave my corporate role as a Senior Specialist for the Talent Acquisition Team in a BPO company.
I have experience working in a global company and collaborating with diverse teams. My most recent corporate role was for the US region, where I handled various sites across the United States. As a Project Manager, I was responsible for all sourcing efforts, both online and offline, to fill each class and wave of applicants, ensuring a positive candidate experience. I believe strongly in the importance of data in the Recruitment Marketing industry, regularly generating reports to analyze historical pipeline data and improve forecasting for upcoming classes.
In addition to my core responsibilities, I have a passion for hosting events, including virtual job fairs and internal team gatherings. I serve as an ambassador for our employer branding, educating colleagues in the Talent Acquisition industry on how to become brand ambassadors for our company in their own unique ways. I also have a knack for graphic design, creating social media collaterals, e-card designs, and digital copy materials. Recently, I've expanded my skills to include creating YouTube shorts and developing landing pages through WordPress. Currently, I'm learning Google Ads, focusing on video (YouTube) advertising.
