-Assess students’ progress by grading papers, tests, and other work

-Audit & requirements preparation & monitoring
-Prepares and make modular instructions & materials for training
-Preparation & filing of employees performance evaluation
-Recruitment of applicants
-Prepares accountability report of all employees
-Employees report regarding salaries etc.
-Collate employees performance
-Government mandated permits
-Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained
-Other task to be assigned from time to time
