Profile Description

1.Proficient Managing (Project Management) and Leadership Skills- Manage manpower through close coordination both on site and in the office (manpower handled: Service Vehicle Drivers, Foremans, Mason, Painters and Plumbers)

2. Estimation Skills - Can estimate structural (masonry & rebar), architectural (floor, wall and ceiling finishes) and plumbing (water & sanitary), Software used : Planswift

3. Permitting Skills - Coordination with all Government (Building/OBO, Bureau of Fire, Zoning, Etc) and Private Residential Admin Offices

4. Accounting Functions - Managing financial controls on Site and Service Budget every week

5. Purchasing Functions- Purchase Orders (Direct Coordination with suppliers), Delivery Monitoring on SiteMaterials Request Monitoring and Purchase Request Monitoring - Collate all materials request by double checking of quantity and purchasing request with approval of Senior Engineer

6. Administrative Functions - Close coordination to Service Vehicle Drivers by Giving of One Week Look ahead schedule, everyday coordination (checking of pick-ups on Suppliers and deliveries on site)
