 Basic Function:

- To assemble high quality and effective machines for testing and assembly with the most efficient manner on time for additional lines, line conversion and for audit purposes.

- Provide support to Equipment Department to machine set-up, s ---------- dardization and evaluation, which is incline with the company's productivity and quality goal.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assemble new machine in most feasible and reliable manner based on the request of production requirements. Modify of the idle parts of scrap machine for additional unit in production line.

- Support all Equipment Design Projects, by following the s ---------- dards and steps in doing such assembly so we could ensure high machine s ---------- dards.

- Support all cleanroom staff in proper evaluating and testing of the newly designed machine with scientific methods and applications.

- Use technical skills in machine assembly (mechanical and electrical) in such a way that we don't need to purchase some jigs, fixtrures and parts that could ensure low cost machine expenses.

- Assemble / Set-up new machines in most feasible and reliable manner based on the customer requirements.

- Support all cleanroom staff in evaluation, testing and set-up for the newly machines with scientific methods and techniques.

- Use Repair of testing equipments, other gadgets, device that is used inside and outside cleanrooms to save machines from scrap.

- Conforms to machine audit to ensure professionalism, good house keeping, s ---------- dardization, safety and workmanship

- Actively participates in contributing and implementing of WPR, 3Q6S and other quality and productivity improvement programs.

- Actively participates in attending any available trainings, orientation program for new machines, models, product and other technical training.

- Supports the quality Policy of Nidec and conforms to the entire established s ---------- dards such as ISO 9001, 14001, 18001, SOX, CSR and Export Control S ---------- dard.

- Conforms to Company / Division / Department SOP's, Rules and Regulations.
