I have worked in a retail company for 5 years and a half as a customer sales and service representative. Handling inbound and outbound calls, and assisting via email. As my skills and experience grew in my previous company, I was also motivated and encouraged to be part of the training department and successfully conducted training for newbies for sales and service in 3 different accounts. I have brief experience as a team leader as well for newly endorsed agents and tried being a Quality Assurance to help standardize communication processes with customers.
I have experience being a Food Dispatch for almost 2 years, which revolves around orchestrating the timely and accurate delivery of food orders to customers. I serve as a crucial link between the kitchen staff, delivery drivers, and customers, ensuring a seamless and satisfying dining experience. My role is integral to ensuring that customers receive their orders promptly and enjoy a hassle-free dining experience, all while contributing to the overall success of the restaurant's delivery operations.
