Profile Description

I have been working in the BPO industry and has been part of Customer Service for 8 years now. My experience is a mixture of being a Customer Service Representative with a short technical background- both American and Australian clients. I take calls, do chat and email with knowledge of basic CRM.


In addition, I have administrative support background and I am accustomed to working on multiple tasks at a time making sure they are done on time. I send reports to client and reading out weekly business review/performance.
I pride myself on aiming to always deliver a job well done. Developed my skills in handling customer complaints effectively and remain calm under pressure.
