I have worked in the Call Center industry for almost eight
years and started my first job as a directory assistant for a Canadian company.
After two years, I have dUpgrade to see actual info to move to a more challenging career as a customer service, and sales representative through chat and phone. Helping
customers and satisfying their needs brings fulfillment to my heart. I did
multitask and made sure that each inquiry and concern is resolved. At the
same time, I coached newbies on the production floor and taught them how to
navigate the tools. I have strong problem-solving skills that lead me to gain
more sales and performance recognition. When I started to work from home in 2015 as a customer
support and interpreting coordinator, being dependable and resourceful are some
of the keys to getting stable in your profession which I value the
most.  The company has chosen me as one
of the reliable and trusted coordinators in the most critical hours in  booking face-to-face onsite of our clients in
Australia, particularly at night. I also became an executive assistant of a
growing e-commerce business managing sales and tracking shipments in the USA. I
am also an experienced appointment setter of various programs including real
estate, personal businesses,  and
I am well knowledgeable in using Google Apps, MS Office,
Dropbox, Zoho, Slack, Ring Central, Zendesk, Canva, Shopify.
