Profile Description

My freelance journey started when I started my internship with Freelance Academy - Philippines. I am trained in General Virtual Assistance, E-Commerce VA, Social Media Management, and Real Estate VA.
As a Virtual Assistant, I have experience in handling executive emails, travel arrangements, appointment setting, basic graphic design, and other administrative tasks. I learned how to perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences, design and implement social media strategies to align with business goals and set specific objectives, and report on ROI. 

Aside from being a VA, I also have 4 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative for US (AT&T) and Australian (Telstra) clients doing inbound/outbound calls, chat, and email Upgrade to see actual info helped me a lot to have excellent English communication skills, also with conflict resolution and customer service.
I know there are a lot of VAs who are way better than me and more experienced, but I can proudly say that I am willing to learn and most importantly I am passionate about assisting my clients. I'm always honored to be a part of my client's success and their businesses.

I am confident that my trainings, VA experiences and extensive research will help me succeed. I am also trainable and easy to get along with. I love challenges and I have a positive attitude to get things done.
