Profile Description

I have been working in the BPO industry for five Upgrade to see actual info this span of time, I have worked for a variety of clients that range from small, middle, to large-sized firms. The series of workloads I have done under these firms include:

-Professional customer service: Empathy with listening skills is key to having an efficient conversation with customers. I always make sure that their time is valued and address their problems however big or small.
-Technical support: Most of my experience is working for tech companies like Uber Eats and SiriusXM. This is by far the most challenging and exciting part of my Upgrade to see actual infoallenging because communicating with customers regarding tech issues is not easy. Exciting because resolving them is very fulfilling.
-Sales: It's all about believing in the product. Customers come and go but the products  I sell are something that I should work with. That's why I always do research on customer-product coherence and analysis on consumer buying habits.
Years of hard work in the BPO industry has also taught me to be flexible and efficient with managing time, effort, and resources for me and my colleagues. I set my goals high and I always promote healthy encounters with clients and/or coworkers.
Aside from my profession, I also majored in Creative Upgrade to see actual info my free time, I work on a variety of written pieces ranging from short stories, free verse poetry, to major projects like novels and novellas.
