Profile Description

My last corporate job was an IT Service Desk Analyst in Accenture where I help users with their IT needs, the level ones, through phone, chat and email. For level two and up, I make sure that I pass the ticket to the next team who handles advance remote troubleshooting. I also have years of experience in customer service. Accounts that I have handled were eBay North America where I was part of the eBay Buyer Protection, Telstra where I was part of the Complaints Team for Upgrade to see actual infot really an IT graduate but my customer service skills and the ability to learn things that are out of my comfort zone made me last that IT service desk job. I did some eBay listing and customer service jobs before where I do eBay title optimization, do market and competitor research. My experiences may not be enough but I'm very much willing to be trained.
