Profile Description

As a workforce Scheduler, I have scheduledUpgrade to see actual infofull-time employees (FTE) based on the given work pattern and seat capacity. I also allocated the required overtime hours to employees based on the intraday service level
while working with the workforce manager to ensure optimal staffing for each organization.

As a Workforce Forecaster and Capacity Planner, I forecasted the required number of new hires needed by the recruitment team and calculated the required overtime hours by forecasting the company's monthly shrinkage. Also, I review the weekly and monthly intraday projections based on business goals and requirements.

As a real estate cold caller and appointment setter, I follow a script-driven call flow and handle questions and objections and gauge seller's motivation. With this experience, we usually input
data into a CRM. 

As Real estate admin assistant, I source leads and perform skip tracing and complete property research and Comparative Market Analysis (Comparables)

I also have a skill for basic social media admin, where I set up accounts for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn, create and post content with and without Hootsuite. I could also perform basic graphic design using Canva.

As Project Manager and Marketing Specialist, I get to market some properties through several different platforms and create a cash buyer's list for the landlord. I also create Matrix and reports regarding the activity and insights, team dashboards and reports that are catered to the owner's preference.
