I have two years of work experience as a Travel Consultant. 
• I create FIT and Group International and Domestic travel itineraries and convention proposals 
• Manage bookings, rebook, refund, and cancellation concern • Manage supplier contracts• Provide excellent customer service thru emails and inbound calls.• Update B2B client information and I also handle a Group of Doctors in the Philippines as our VIP client. 
• Provide research and update regarding supplier  terms & conditions, travel trends, and related current events and
• Perform any other task that connects to client and supplier concerns.


Worked as a Part-Time E-commerce Specialist
• Answered customers' questions about the merchandise.
• Assists customers with purchase decisions. 
• Retrieves merchandise thru Shopify and other branch locations.
•Places special orders.
• Collects payment using the store point of sale system.• Processes returns and exchanges.


I am currently working as a Sales Operations Assistant ( Real estate company)
Perform Administrative duties on the sales process, documentation, consolidation report, and other after-sales concerns under our Sales Team. 
• Analyze Sales productions, and accounts with incomplete tagging.
 • Monitor Projected Cancellations, DP Past dues, and other delinquent accounts under our sales team.
 • Update Orphaned accounts and other reports.• Address seller's and customer's concerns.
• Send updates to the whole sales team and other concerned departments.
