As a Quality Assurance Executive, I managed and lead countless accounts in achieving their Quality Metric Goals. My role was to make sure clients and customers’ interests are protected. I am proficient in English communication both written and verbal. Being a Quality Assurance Executive for many years I already mastered evaluating calls and chats, and gathering, interpreting, and presenting data. I also participated in calibration meetings with the clients.
From my experiences working with several clients, I can definitely say that I am very flexible to paradigm shifts, and I can work under heavy pressure and demands. I can identify which is important and urgent. That being said, I am excellent at time management.
