Profile Description

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology and I have been
working as a virtual assistant for the past three years. During that time, I
have provided support in areas such as cold calling, appointment setting, data
entry, lead generation, and administrative tasks. My experience has given me
the skills to effectively manage calendars, and emails, schedule meetings, and
respond to inquiries on time. I also have experience using various software
programs, such as Skyslope, Microsoft Office, Database, different types of MLS,
and different types of CRM. I also worked in a call center in customer service for
billing and sales for more than 9 years which included basic technical
troubleshooting for internet, cellphone, and TV.



Additionally, I am detail-oriented and highly organized, which allows me to
prioritize tasks with efficiency. My experience in customer care of more than 9
years enables me to collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers on projects and provide
exceptional customer service.
