I graduated in Bachelor of secondary education in 2020. While studying back then, I was working from home as a BPO agent providing customer service-related tasks to a telco company in the UK. After 3
 months, I had different job rotations such as admin support, record keeping, working in acquisition team (HR Admin) and lastly, in the billing station of the same company. I was educating or enlightening the customers about their bills and telco package/tarrif. I was dealing with businessmen who had strong demand on internet and telephone services so the challenge was to always empathize and provide accurate information as well as
resolution to their technology system needs while letting them express their frustrations. However, I started having schedule conflict as my school work demands were also starting to arise so I had to quit. After few months, I started working as a cold caller/appointment setter in a real estate company temporarily. I substituted a staff who had to go on leave for months. I did the project for 4 months but I learned exciting things about sales and real estate industry. Upon finishing the project, I dUpgrade to see actual info to focus on my studies for the remaining 2 years.
After graduating, I started a small family and Presently, I have two kids with my partner. I am now ready to get back to work, share my skills and talents and work well with people with the luxury of working from home. I have a nice flexibility and i’m always eager to learn. With the inspiration my family gives me, i am always eager to work on my personal and career endeavors!
