Profile Description

As my first job, I worked for a BPO company as a technical support representative, I was promoted only after 3 months as a Fault Manager, after that, I was able to get another promotion in just another 3 months as a Case Manager. I pioneered one of the accounts in the company. I worked there for 1 year and 8 months and was on the process of promoting to Team Leader but had to resign due to personal reasons.
I worked as a Virtual Assistant as well in various clients and in various roles. I can work freely on a real estate environment, Cold calling and Lead generation is not difficult for me. I have experience in Systems managing as well. I have been a VA for Book keeping task as well. I have sales experience as well back when I was working as a freelancer for a flower delivery company in the United States.
I've been working in a customer service / virtual assistant environment for quite a while now. I'm confident that i can meet, or even exceed your expectations in this job. MS office is not new to me. I've been a computer literate since I was a Upgrade to see actual infoscribe the field of your company and whatever task you will give me and I will do my best in exceeding your expectation. I have a decent internet and a personal computer set Upgrade to see actual infoditing and Organizing files. Quality Assurance, Data entry, creating articles, setting up appointments, managing your schedule, etc. is a piece of cake for me. I have excellent English verbal and writing skills as well.
Right now, as an Electronics Engineer undergraduate, I am working on one of the top technology company in the Philippines, Accenture. I'm currently working as an Associate Software Engineer who specialized in Salesforce Application Support.
