I have more than 12 years of experience in the customer service field in one of BPO companies here in the Philippines supporting different programs in US Healthcare (Medical & Prescription) and Telecommunications/Sales Industries.
I was part of the leadership team for 8 years handling a team of supervisors and agents, conducting coaching sessions and final interviews, managing KPI performance and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the account.
Also, I worked as a Medical VA for 6 months supporting US-based clients in Radiology and Psychiatric Field doing different administrative tasks such as Appointment Setting, Eligibility and Benefits Verification, Data entry tasks and file management on EHR , Payment Processing, Receiving Inbound/Making OB calls to patients, insurances/payers, pharmacies and many more.
