Profile Description

I had a five-year career at sea, 10 months as a Floor Supervisor, and 4 years as Hotel Stewardess. I also worked with Optum as Customer Service Advocate for 8 months during the pandemic while waiting for the cruise line industry to resume operation. I enjoyed working for Optum while waiting for my Letter of Employment from my Cruise line company as I also received recognition from them. During my career in the cruise ship industry, I was also nominated three times as TeaUpgrade to see actual infomber of the Month and once won as TeaUpgrade to see actual infomber of the month. Before working onboard, I also worked in Business Process Outsourcing Company as a Customer Service Representative for 1 year and 7 months and Technical Support Representative for a year and two months. I also have a 10 months experience in Data Entry or Telephone Market Researcher . I am now staying in Bali, Indonesia with my husband. I want to reach my dream of working in the comfort of our home with my family.
