Profile Description

I handled 3 international voice campaign accounts, one of them is Amazon Retail, second is Ganett, it is a publishing account and third is Rugs USA. I had experience doing replacements for lost packages, requesting a return label online, checking the item's availability
or stocks on our tools that we are using before.
We do up-selling (sales), before wrapping up, I make sure that I will write an email to the customer for their reference and for them to have something In writing. I also had an experience checking
available promo codes/discounts to provide to the customer, ownership is a must for me to be able to assist the customer especially for those irate customers and providing basic troubleshooting
processing credits and collecting payments, I also do outbound calls and inbound.
I also have knowledge In photo editing, video editing,
And in my spare time I'm also making some business logos.
