Profile Description

I've been in a BPO industry since 2005. I've learned various skills that helped me step up every opportunities that come my way. I was a Credit Analyst in my first call center experience with iQor. I handled Skip Trace an Collections for a credit card company.
Another exciting experience I had was with Stellar as a Communications Assistant for Relay Calls. We assist the deaf/mute community to call their banks, order food in a restaurant, etc. Basically, we're the ears and mouth for them.
I've been a Medical Prescriptions Analyst for a medical company. We helped customer to order their medications in accredited pharmacies and we make sure that their medicines are delivered on time at their doorsteps.
I also had Tech Support background. At first, I didn't like the job because I'm not a tech-savvy. But eventually I learned the skills and was able to push for "sales" and create the need so our customers can work efficiently. We helped customers to learn how to use the accounting software Upgrade to see actual info's a good experience becuase we're able to help small busines owners create Income Statement on their own even if they don't have any background in accounting. I myself is not an accountant but I was amazed how the app works. After knowing and loving the app, I became a Sales Coach after that.
The last BPO I worked with was Sutherland as an Email Support Advisor for a well-known music streaming app. There's a lot of fun in this type of job. At first we only concentrate with email until they opened an opportunity for chat support through social media. Just very recently they're opening the doors for voice calls through BME (Be My Eyes) app for the blind. We can handle anything as long as we're able to offer immediate help. I can never forget how I was able to help a blind person cross the street safely. The app has a camera wherein the blind person can show where he Upgrade to see actual info's hard to instruct a blind person to move camera's focus to the right and to the left as the camera is too shaky. I don't want to put the person at risk. So, I asked him to raise his hand and call the attention of the crowd and let them know that he's blind and he needs help to cross the street. Lo and behold, someone took heed of his call and guided him safely to the other side of the street.
I also handled Translations for Portuguese customers. I used a translator tool so I can translate my email to assist customers in Brazil.
Doing multi-tasks requires monitoring of my progress. So, I learned to use Google Sheets to track my cases and utilize Google Drive everyday.
