I've been in a BPO industry since 2005. I've learned various skills that helped me step up every opportunities that come my way. I was a Credit Analyst in my first call center experience with iQor. I handled Skip Trace an Collections for a credit card company.
Another exciting experience I had was with Stellar as a Communications Assistant for Relay Calls. We assist the deaf/mute community to call their banks, order food in a restaurant, etc. Basically, we're the ears and mouth for them.
I've been a Medical Prescriptions Analyst for a medical company. We helped customer to order their medications in accredited pharmacies and we make sure that their medicines are delivered on time at their doorsteps.
I also had Tech Support background. At first, I didn't like the job because I'm not a tech-savvy. But eventually I learned the skills and was able to push for "sales" and create the need so our customers can work efficiently. We helped customers to learn how to use the accounting software
