Profile Description

As a Customer Service Representative, I provide excellent support and service to clients of various industries, such as retail, transportation, and email provider. I handle inbound calls, emails, and chats, and resolve issues related to billing, orders, deliveries, and refunds. I also upsell products and services and generate leads for the sales team.

I have over three years of experience in the customer service field, working as an Inbound Customer Service Representative and an Escalation Specialist at TELUS International Philippines, where I assist customers who have complex or urgent problems that require higher-level intervention. I collaborate with other teams and departments to find solutions and follow up with customers until their concerns are addressed. I have developed strong skills in technical support and received multiple awards and recognition for my outstanding performance and customer satisfaction ratings.

I have a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from STI College, with a focus on Culinary Arts/Hospitality Management. I have completed three internships in the hospitality industry, working as a Food and Beverage Server, a Public Attendant, and a Bell Service Admin at prestigious hotels and resorts. I have a passion for cooking and creating delicious dishes, and I enjoy learning new cuisines and techniques.
