I am a Certified Public Accountant with over 10 years of professional experience in  bookkeeping, accounting, financial data organization, accounts reconciliation, financial statements and analysis, and financial audit.

-As a previous Accounting Professor for 2 years, External Auditor for 1 year and currently as State Auditor for 7 years and counting, I have a well-rounded skill set. Having been exposed to various fields of accounting have broaden my technical knowledge on the generally-accepted accounting principles as well as my in-depth understanding of business transactions and how they should be accounted for from beginning to end of the accounting cycle using QuickBooks or Excel

-I deliver results-driven output on a budget with a particular focus on speed and precision but without compromising quality. -The specific tasks I have performed for the past 10 years include the following:

as State Auditor

1. Conducts audit of different accounts and post-audit of disbursement vouchers
2. Conducts cash examination on the accountabilities of accountable officers and prepares complete cash examination reports which include bank reconciliation, cash analysis of all receipts and disbursements, and checking of the cash books.
3. Conducts audit of receivables (Accounts Receivables & Loans Receivables). Reviews entries in the general ledger on a test basis. Traces postings to the subsidiary ledger, journal, supporting billing statements, invoices or other documents. Prepares Aging of Receivables. Conducts confirmation of receivables.
4. Conducts audit of PPE transactions.
5. Examines individual source documents related to all Upgrade to see actual infoecks source documents such as billing statements, invoices, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, sales invoices, official receipts and other documents for: · Regularity; Validity; Accuracy; and Completeness
6. Conducts Financial Statement analysis
7. Prepares Audit Observation and Recommendations on audit findings noted in the audit.

as External Auditor

1. Traced transactions from the books of accounts to source documents and vice versa.
2. Vouched different journals: Cash/Check Disbursement Book, Cash Receipt Book, Revenue Book
3. Prepared Trial Balance and Financial Statements.
4. Prepared Bank Reconciliation Statements. 
5 Conducted Financial Statement Analysis and Analysis of Accounts.
