I work as a customer service for 4 years with 4 different companies. and most of my work requires customer service, talking to customers, dealing with there concern. The skills that I can offer are, I can do an excel spreadsheet, I can also navigate through Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and Apple Office Suite or iWork since I work for Apple as a Customer Service Specialist. Furthermore, critical thinking would be a great help specially on this freelancing job. Collaborative and adaptability is also a skill that I can offer once I get the job.
