I possess more than 5 years of experience as a contact center associate and enjoy the variety of work the job brings each day. I was also able to demonstrate project management skills and deliver results through years of experience.
As a freelance virtual assistant, I currently provide a number of services for my clients, including document preparation, maintaining files, and record keeping. My knowledge of a wide variety of computer programs allows me to easily take on nearly any task I am assigned. I am a quick study and welcome challenges as well. As a detail-oriented and organized professional, I take pride in completing assignments on time and with accuracy. I can type 70words per minute and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. I would love the opportunity to transfer these skills to your company as your Virtual Assistant.
