in Cebu City, Philippines. I’ve been working as Customer Service Representative
at Eperformax for more than 3 years and handled calls, emails, and chats with
experience in both telemarketing and telcom service. I believe that during
those working experience I have developed impeccable manners, and an ability to
calm agitated or distressed customer. The ability to make sure that their
concerns or issues will be resolved and taken care of.  I am confident I’d make a strong addition to
your team.
As
mentioned, I have worked with Eperformax – Contact Center. At Eperformax I
began as a Customer Service Representative but was quickly promoted to the Quality
Analyst position after a year and a half of taking calls and handling both chat
and email. After 6 months I was promoted again as a supervisor wherein I
handled a team with 15-20 headcounts. I was the one responsible for their
attendance, performance, and metrics. While I was a Supervisor, I was one of
the main customer service representatives, handling a range of escalated
customer issues. At Eperformax I learned how to handle difficult situations not
just in calls but also in a face-to-face environment, as well as basic customer
service skills.
After
a few years working in a contact center industry, I have dUpgrade to see actual info to bring my
business elsewhere and started looking for a job remotely where I can work while
being comfortable at home. That’s why I entered freelancing industry. I first
started as an Appointment Setter for 3 months, but my client dUpgrade to see actual info to pause
his business and took a break. The second client I had hosted 11 properties
which I helped him to manage and that’s where I found my niche in the
freelancing industry. I was his virtual assistant for 3 months and he dUpgrade to see actual info
to let go of some of his properties.
My
experience from being a Virtual Assistant, Customer Service Specialist and
natural communication skills make me a uniquely qualified and useful candidate
