My tasks were processing payments for phone plans, tracking orders, resolving disputes, generating sales by upselling, and answering general bill inquiries. I got promoted to a different department that needs advanced skills in customer service since customers were a little bit difficult. I was part of the Retention Team, the main role was to save customers from cancellation of their service. I helped the team to reach the metrics to retain the customer by resolving their disputes and complaints. I worked as an Executive for an Australian insurance company. I handled real estate, cars, landlord, contents insurance, and other types of insurance. My tasks were sending emails of certificates and documents, processing premium payments, assisting the customer with the website and online process, answering general questions about insurance coverage, and generating leads.
