Profile Description

I have experience in administrative support, project management, training, and customer service. From February 2021 to February 2025, I worked as a Support and Admin Assistant where my duties included managing inboxes, setting up emails, answering queries, handling CRM quotes and tickets, processing invoices, and assisting with recruitment and employee records. Prior to that, from July 2019 to January 2020, I was a Project Management Associate who was responsible for setting up and updating opportunities in the CRM, liaising with project managers, and monitoring deliverables. From September 2017 to July 2019, I held two roles at the same company: Training Specialist, where I managed training programs and produced materials, and Technical Writer/Data Entry Specialist, focusing on report generation, data processing, and ensuring report quality. I also have considerable experience as an ESL Instructor at various institutions, teaching English grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills to non-native speakers. Additionally, I worked as a Billing Consultant and a Customer Service Representative handling customer orders, sales, and inquiries.
