I've been a sales representative and appointment setter since 2015, I handled telemarketing and telecom services to different clients in a call center industry.
July 2022 I've dUpgrade to see actual info to pursue my career as virtual assistant and been working with business owners helping them with their businesses to grow and succeed virtually.
Throughout my 8 years of experience, I've been very knowledgeable doing outbound and inbound calls, most specially the process such as generating, prospecting and nurturing as well setting appointments. I'm also expert in doing email management and text or chat support with customer service approach.
I'm very optimistic, passionate and very flexible individual who can work under pressure even without supervision.
