Set up and/or Maintenance of Xero or QuickBooks files, including: 
*Customizing the chart of accounts
*Importing and categorizing historical transactions from bank data
*Setting up bank feeds if applicable
  
Daily bookkeeping, including but not limited to:                                                   
*Accurately recording cash receipts and income from bank deposits       
*Tracking cash disbursements/expenses from bank transactions                               
*Managing interbank transfers                                                                                                 
*Making necessary adjusting journal entries if needed                                                        
*Reconciling bank and credit card transactions                                                                     
*Reconciling balance sheet accounts (e.g., A/R, A/P) with underlying records                  
*Generating and managing bills, sales invoices, credit notes, purchase orders               
*Managing accounts payable and receivable

Monthly financial reporting, including:                                                           
*Preparation of balance sheet                                                                                   
*Profit and Loss statement
