Customer Service (chat and e-mail support expert)

I have been a service crew (counter- the one who take and assemble orders )as my part time job while I am taking my college for more than 2 years in one of the biggest Food chain here in the Philippines (Jollibee Corporation). I've been also a Customer Relation Supervisor for 5 years in Automotive Industry (Ford Group Phillippines). It also part or my work to submit monthly reports on time as a summary of the dealer performance through out the month.

Been an Inventory personnel for 5 years in a snack food marketing (OISHI). I am responsible for invoicing and updating the stocks in the system and creating a daily inventory report at the end of the shift. Been also a Customer relation supervisor who handles the department that updates the customer and car details from time to time during services.

Answers queries and assist customer concerns through emails as part of my job as a Customer Relation Supervisor.

I can also do simple photo editing through the use of Adobe Photoshop based on my learnings in college as BS Information technology graduate and can also do simple video cropping/transitions by the use of the Tiktok App.
