Profile Description

I worked as a customer service representative for BPO companies for more than 4 years already taking inbound and outbound calls as well as handling email and chat support. I am experienced in using various CRM software like Salesforce and other task management apps like Google Workspace, Slack, MS Teams, MS Office, Callendly, and Canva. I can say that I'm very good at verbal and written English communication skills and can multitask in every given situation to get the job done efficiently and effectively. I am easily adaptive to my new working environment and a fast learner. The most important feature of me is that I am a reliable worker dedicating myself fully to my tasks.
