As a local IT, I assist in Group Policy management by working with end users to test and identify which features should be restricted for security and productivity. I also troubleshoot authentication issues and help maintain a secure and efficient IT environment.

I have hands on experience in real time network and system monitoring using Site24x7 tool, ensuring uptime and performance stability. I track network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and analyze system logs to detect anomalies. Additionally, I manage IT support tickets, collaborate with the Systems Team for escalations, and proactively address alerts to prevent disruptions.

We use Microsoft Sentinel for security monitoring and threat detection. I analyze security incidents and respond to potential threats, I collaborate with teams to improve response strategies, ensuring a proactive security posture.
