Profile Description

As an HR Manager at HSi Technologies, I lead  the talent acquisition and management functions for a fast-growing tech company that provides innovative solutions for rural banks. I have over two years of experience in this role, and I am responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and strategies that align with the company's vision, mission, and values.
I have a strong background in psychometrics, organizational development, and recruitment, which I acquired from my previous roles as a Human Resources Supervisor at Greenstone Resources Corporation and a Psychometrician at the Department of Health Center for Health Development. I have successfully handled multiple projects involving employee assessment, training, performance evaluation, and retention. I am also skilled in communication, lecturing, public speaking, and workshop facilitation, which enable me to engage and empower our diverse and talented workforce.
