This chapter concluded as I leaped into freelancing in October 2022, fueled by faith and unwavering determination. A month of arduous efforts and extensive exploration led me to my role as a Collections/Accounts Receivables specialist for a prestigious Singaporean company.

These years have endowed me with a profound ability to communicate effectively. I've mastered the art of profiling and approaching diverse personalities, all in pursuit of the optimal solution. I have enhanced my skills in negotiations, multitasking, invoicing, scheduling, email management and attention to details.
