I am with over a decade of Workforce Management, Customer and Technical support representative experience. From Real-time Analyst to Forecasting, scheduling, project management, capacity planning and database management. Facilitates, leads, and participates in daily and weekly meetings among key stakeholders. Recommends roles and responsibilities with Operations to provide the best opportunity for meeting client and internal measures and expectations. In line with my experience in Workforce Management. I am also equipped of more than 10 years of extensive experience in MS Office, Excel, Office, and PowerPoint and similar apps. As part of my creative skills, I am well versed with Video editing, basic Photo, Audio, Graphics and a little animation on the side. With my burning passion of continuous learning, I am already with basic knowledge in doing social media management, basic AI integration and Facebook Ads while trying to apply it to our own business and social media page.
