A personable and a proactive Call Center Representative with over 3 years of experience working for different outsourcing companies. My expertise is in customer service, sales, appointment setting and administrative task (va).
In my previous role at different outsourcing company, I maintained customer satisfaction rates 90% over the company average with 150 reps. My 99% positive customer survey results is another reason I think I'd make a great fit at your company. In appointment setting I am responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching them on the phone, and scheduling an appointment for a sales representative for a follow-up visit, either in person or via telephone.
In virtual assistant responsible for prospecting leads through telephone calls, delivering exceptional customer service, and gathering lead information for our company it involves contacting potential sellers, collecting the required information, and inputting it into our CRM system.
