Profile Description

I have been working in the business process outsourcing industry here in the Philippines for 6 years now. With the different styles of trainings and experiences I have acquired from these working years, they have all indeed equipped me with all the skills I possess today in working as a customer service specialist. I answer inbound calls of inquiries on products and services and make outbound calls to potential clients in order to sell the company’s service and product. I make sure that I maintain a thorough knowledge of all products and services and be keen on identifying customer needs and providing solutions to achieve customer satisfaction. As we aim to be globally competitive, I possess a good interpersonal and communication skills with people of diverse cultural backgrounds.
