Working with passion and being optimistic are the main qualities I always bring in every task I do. Kindness and right words to use are the key that I believed and learned to possess to maintain a good relationship with clients and customers.
Quality and efficiency are some of the skills I acquired over the past 6 years of my work experience.
I started my journey in engaging customers, providing them information and assisting the needs of their children. Throughout this time I have also gained skills in Ledger, Trial Balance, and creating data through Microsoft Excel. Over 3 years of working, I engaged in the Retail industry as one of the associates under the Marketing Department. I have handled different projects like creating promotional activities to customers, creating advertisements through different platforms like social media, tarpaulins, fliers, and posters. I even deal with top brand suppliers in Fast-moving consumer goods like P&G, Unilever, Monde Nissin, Nestle, Selecta, and others concerning projects like sales promotion.
After working for more than a year as a marketer, I take part as a call center agent under a UK Telecommunication company where I have assisted customers, providing successful solutions in a polite manner using active listening that ensures customer retention. I have even maintained strong company product and service knowledge to better assist customers with concerns, questions and general education. I also had an experience working under a small and medium-sized enterprise in Australia where I work remotely processing sales orders, dealing with international suppliers in Spain, China, India, and Italy, maintaining and updating data in the system, plotting calendar event and many other tasks given by the client. The recent work I handled was with Lexmark Inc. who offers printer services worldwide. I handled data management of the printers acquired by some of our customers who are big enterprises, government agencies, financial institutions, and the like. We actively manage customer asset data
in the Asset Relationship Management System (ARMS) to support the timely
delivery of printer consumables to MPS customers. We also generate timely and accurate billing details for monthly/quarterly invoice generations.
