I'm Josiah Lim, and over the past three years I've built my career at IT Impact, Inc. as a Sales Associate and Social Media Coordinator — where strategy, creativity, and technology converge every day.

At IT Impact, a Microsoft-certified Data & AI Solutions Partner, I work alongside industry veterans to drive client outreach, craft compelling proposals, manage social media content, and coordinate sales campaigns across multiple channels. From scoping custom Microsoft Access and SQL Server solutions to producing infographics, video scripts, and LinkedIn content, I bring both the analytical and creative sides of the role to life.

My foundation in social media started where many great stories do — with family. Managing our family's Facebook presence across the Motorcycle Parts Industry and a café, I developed the 4Es framework I still stand by today: Educate, Empower, Entertain, and Engage. That hands-on experience taught me how to grow an audience authentically, build brand identity from the ground up, and turn creative content into real business results.
